The Fall Looking Forward Event is coming up on Monday, November 17 from 5:00-7:30 @ Madison College – Goodman South Campus, 2429 S Perry Street, Madison, WI 53713.
Join us for a transition resource fair and informational sessions for ALL Dane County students with disabilities ages 13 and up.
5:00-5:35: a short welcome and information session about applying to LTC through the ADRC, DVR services, and Supported Employment
5:35-7:30: a resource fair with 25+ local vendors
6:05-7:15: Lightning Information Sessions (20 minutes sessions with information and time for Q&A.)
